Houve a pr\u00e9 vistoria pra certificar o estado do telhado, assegurando a seguran\u00e7a tanto do sistema como a dos instaladores.A manuten\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser anual, devido a regi\u00e3o n\u00e3o apresentar ind\u00fastrias que possam prejudicar com poeira ou fuligem, acarretando na perda da efici\u00eancia dos m\u00f3dulos
